There is free parking - Any guests parked in the second car park behind the Evri & Barratt Homes Building (aka the 'Overflow' car park), the delegates do not need to register their cars and parking is free for all durations.

Any guests parked in the main hotel car park must register their vehicles using the displayed QR code in the meeting rooms or at Reception before they leave the premises, otherwise they will receive an automatic penalty notice - this applies every day of the week. *Penalty notices are also issued for parking on yellow lines, not parking in a marked bay and parking in disabled bays without a blue badge. This is monitored by a third party car parking company Village Hotel cannot overrule fines.
